Drama directed by Garth Davis which is based on a true story that centers on Saroo Brierley (Dev Patel) who at five years old gets lost on the streets of Calcutta after taking a wrong train which takes him thousands of miles away from home and family. After surviving many challenges he finally gets adopted by an Australian couple. Twenty-five years later, armed with only the scantest of clues, he learns of a new technology called Google Earth, and sets out to find his lost family.
