Rob Freeman - Ryan's Son Saving Private Ryan.... The film everyone must see. No film could possibly paint a better picture of war than this Hollywood blockbuster. Director Steven Spielberg created a war story like no other were a group of ground troops embark on a special mission with only one objective.... to find Private Ryan. Through the film we learn much more about the reality of war and the effects, basically that war is not all heroic. There is none stop action through the whole film even from the very beginning were it shows a beach raid by the American forces. I can say that there is almost none stop action from this point.
To conclude, if you like action and gore, even a little sadness.... well Saving Private Ryan is the film for you.
