Factual: During the scene where Sergeant Horvath encounters a Waffen SS Soldier, the SS Soldier throws his helmet at the Sergeant and soon after Horvath does the same since his M1 Carbine was jammed. Both men then draw their sidearms. Sergeant's pistol is a Colt 1911, the SS Soldier's pistol is Luger P08. The SS Soldier is seen firing his Luger in a Weaver stance, this is incorrect because during the War period, pistol shooters were trained to shoot with one hand not two.
