The movie stars Uma Thurman as Dr. Emma Lloyd who gives expert advices on relationships and does couples counselling on a radio station. Jeffery Dean Morgan, who plays Patrick Sullivan, loses her bride-to-be when she takes Dr. Emma’s advice and ends their relationship. In order to take a sort of a revenge he changes the marital status of Dr. Emma as married to him through creating a change in the data error. Now for her to proceed marrying Richard Bratton, played by Colin Firth, she has to find him, make him sign the annulment papers and then go on her plans with Richard. In the midst of all this, there comes a love story that is unique. The accidental husband that Dr. Emma happens to have has really fallen of her and she despite wanting to marry Richard could not resist developing soft feelings for Patrick herself.

The movie is great fun to watch with Uma Thurman doing a satisfied job with her acting and Patrick is one comedic act in the movie you should look forward to. The story is good and keeps the viewer interested till the end as to what happens to their relationships and what trouble the love doctor herself is now facing regarding analyzing her new feelings for Patrick. Will they get married or will they just part ways as before? What about a good-hearted Richard who has no mistake in all this affair? To know this, you have to watch this light hearted romantic comedy yourself.
